Amazon Purchase Warranty Activation


Please note:All Amazon purchases only require a subscription to enjoy warranty service, no additional activation is required. Just provide the Amazon order number during the warranty, and we can trace it back to the date of purchase through Amazon. If you have already subscribed and then register the order number on this page, the system will report an error.

Warranty-policies

HEICK warrants the HEICK-brand hardware product purchased on the HEICK official website againsta defects in materials and quality under regular use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of the end-user purchase.

For Return & Refund and any warranty request, we will response in 1-2 business days by email.

30 Days Effortless Return & Exchange Policy

Undamaged and resell-able products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address with shipping fee paid by the customer.

A new product may replace the product if the original item has a manufacturing defect within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address with shipping fee paid by the customer.

Please contact us first for detailed guidance of return and exchange. Once the returned item arrives back in the HEICK warehouse for inspection, we will start the refund or exchange process with shipping fee paid by the customer.

Return & Exchange Requirements

● Return items must be shipped to HEICK designated shipping address
● Return items must include original packaging
● Returns must include all accessories
● For non-quality warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
● For non-quality warranty claims, HEICK will refund the cost of the product itself
● Please contact us with the following information for verification:
- 9-digit serial number (you can find it at the bottom of the unit)
- Invoice or receipt include purchasing platform and date
- Detailed problem description
● HEICK shall have the right to reject the return if the product does not meet the above requirements
For purchase not made directly on HEICK official website, please contact retailers or platforms to refund or exchange. 

Permanent Warranty Claim for Quality Issue

HEICK provides a permanent warranty from the date of purchase.
● For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished unit of equal value.
● Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item
● Please contact us with the following information for verification, please note more type of proof of purchase and problem may be required such as videos or pictures for identifying the product
- Invoice or receipt include purchasing platform and date
- Detailed problem description
Buyer in the following situations will cover shipping costs:
● Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
● Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase 

Not Covered Under HEICK Warranty

 ● Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
● Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
● Lost or stolen products
● Products that have expired the warranty period
● Non-quality-related issues (after 7 days of purchase)
● Repaired or disassembled by 3rd parties other than HEICK.
● Damage caused by force majeure such as accident, disaster or war.
● Damage caused by misuse behaviors, misuse behaviors include:
- Collision and burning accidents caused by human-made but not caused by product quality problems occur.
- products that have been modified, repaired, upgraded firmware on one’s own or by a third party not authorized by HEICK.
- Damage caused by modifying, repairing, upgrading firmware on one’s own or by a third party not authorized by HEICK.
- Damage caused by other accessories using simultaneously with the product but not included in the product packaging.
- Damage caused by using without following instructions.
- The serial number, factory label, warranty certificate and other marks on the product are torn or altered.
- Damage caused by misusing, collision, dropping, extreme temperatures, negligence, abusing, fluid intake, dampness, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, operating devices improperly.
